If you have big hands and play bass guitar, you are a commodity, but also need strong and reliable strings. D'Addario EXL 170-5 Nickel 5 String Bass Guitar Strings from Strings and Beyond are made for some of the largest hands in music. These strings have a bright tone with great intonation and a fret-friendly nickel roundwound feel. This makes them the top choice for bass players of all genres world-wide. For magnetic pickups these strings work great because they will have the best sound quality. The hexagon-shaped high-carbon steel core made by computer-controlled machines guarantee excellence and quality when it comes to intonation, fundamentals and consistency between strings. The tight core tension will also make these strings last longer than other double bass strings.
