Palmrich Estate operates an equity (ownership) model, not a debt instrument. Income from your land is
projected annually based on palm yield and prevailing market prices for palm oil.
Your palm trees shall commence frui ng from the third (3rd) year a er the comple on of full payment
for both the land and all applicable statutory charges. However, harves ng and earning commences at
the 4th year.
You can choose to manage your planta on yourself or choose to out-source the management of your
planta on of Assetrise Limited. Upon frui ng, in the case of outsourcing; Assetrise Limited shall
harvest, process, and sell the produce within the year between January to December. Therea er,
revenue shall be declared to the Landlord in accordance with the agreed profit-sharing formula,
namely: sixty percent (60%) to the Landlord 40%
