Edible rose petals are the dried or fresh petals of food-grade roses, valued for their delicate floral aroma, mild floral taste, and attractive colour. They are commonly used in teas, herbal infusions, desserts, cakes, confectionery, salads, and other culinary preparations. They can also be used to make rose water, syrups, and decorative food garnishes.
They can also be used in skincare. Because
They reduce redness and calm the skin. plus since they have astringent and antibacterial properties, they are especially wonderful for people with oily and acne-prone skin types. rose extracts are high in vitamin c so they help to stimulate collagen and are high in vitamin e so it's very moisturizing
