A skimmer box is a crucial device for any pool or pond, serving as an essential part of the circulation and filtration system by removing surface debris like leaves, insects, and dirt before they sink and cloud the water. Installed in the side of a pool or pond, it draws in surface water, traps larger particles in an internal basket, and sends the remaining water to the filtration system, ensuring clean, clear water and preventing strain on the pump and filter.
