To use this wine opener, first cut and remove the foil cap from the bottle. Next, insert the screw (the "worm") into the centre of the cork, twisting it straight down until only one curl remains visible. Then, use the two-step lever by placing the first notch on the bottle's lip, pulling up to lift the cork halfway, and moving the second notch to the lip to remove the rest of the cork.
