The juice extractor is intended for extracting juice and squash from soft fruits and vegetables:tomatoes,apricots,peaches,sour cherries,etc after the careful removal of the stones.install the juice extractor on a table or on any other suitable stand and fix it by tightening up the clamping screw. put a large baking dish in which the juice or squash is strained under the perforated cylindrical section and another receptacle for the waste matter under the spout. place the stoned fruits or vegetables in the funnel,turn the handle to the right and then the squash is extracted. in case of blocking up of the conveyor unit with mixing screw,located in the cylindrical part stop working. turn the handle counter-clockwise,pull out the conveyor unit,clean it and wash it in water,then put it back in.
