Active Ingredient: Glyphosate (specifically, 480 g/l Isopropylamine salt, equivalent to 360 g/l acid equivalent).
Mode of Action: It is a foliar-acting, systemic herbicide that is absorbed by the leaves and moves throughout the entire plant, killing it down to the roots. It has no residual soil activity, meaning it is deactivated upon contact with the soil and will not affect future plantings.
Target Weeds: It controls a wide range of annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds, sedges, and woody plants.
