Conditioners Subtype
This is a hydrogen peroxide cream developer, used in hair coloring and bleaching.
• The “12% / 40 Volume” means it’s very strong.
• It is not a conditioner – instead, it’s a chemical that helps lift (lighten) the natural hair color so that dye or bleach can penetrate effectively.
⸻
What it does:
• Lightens hair up to 3–4 levels (makes hair much lighter).
• Activates hair color or bleach powder to deposit the new shade.
• Often used for high-lift blondes or bleaching.
⸻
Important Notes
• Not for conditioning – it can actually be harsh and drying on its own.
• Must be mixed with hair dye or bleach powder in correct ratios.
• Shouldn’t be applied directly to hair alone.
• After using, you will need a proper conditioner or treatment to restore moisture.
