The ZKTeco KR602 is an outdoor-rated RFID card and PIN keypad reader (not a fingerprint or facial biometric reader) designed for access control systems. Key Specifications & Models • Models: • KR602-E / KR602E: 125kHz EM card reader with numeric keypad (default 26-bit Wiegand output). • KR602-M / KR602M: 13.56MHz Mifare/IC card reader with numeric keypad (default 34-bit Wiegand output). • Authentication Methods: RFID card scan and/or PIN entry via the built-in numeric keypad. Note that it does not feature a fingerprint sensor or camera. • Read Range: Up to 10 cm for EM proximity cards (KR602-E) or up to 5 cm for Mifare cards (KR602-M). • Reading Time: Under 300 ms. • Output Interface: Wiegand (26-bit or 34-bit), making it compatible with ZKTeco access controllers (such as InBio series) or third-party access panels.
