The A6 time attendance machine has a 2.4-inch TFT color screen, stores up to 600 fingerprints and 100,000 log events, and identifies users via fingerprint, password, or USB flash drive. It uses an energy-saving optical fingerprint sensor with a 500DPI resolution and a 32-bit CPU, and communication is done via USB. The device does not require software to operate, as it can export attendance reports directly in an Excel format via a USB drive.
