Dactyscan84c from Green Bit(now branded as Thales Dactyscan84C,after Thales Group bought over Green Bit System in 2019) is an optical live fingerprint reader with large platen. the reader is capable to capture 4-slap and 2-thumbs fingerprints, allowing to collect all 10 fingerprints using 4+4+2 method. also the dactyscan84c can capture single rolled and flat fingerprints.
the device is certified by fbi as compliant with fbi iafis iqs cjis-rs-0010 (v7) appendix f. also it is compliant with ansi/nist-itl-1-2007, ansi/nist-itl-1-2000 and iso/iec 19794-4 standards.
