We hereby wish to make an offer for warehouse (68,000 sqft.) lease subject to the below conditions at plot 6, block a, industrial avenue, ikeja, lagos
1. lease rate:(four thousand five hundred naira only) per square foot (net of taxes).
2. rent validity: the above rent per sqft. net of taxes).

5. payment terms: the lease rent should be paid in advance.
6. agency fee: 10% of total rent and vat 7.5%
7. legal fees: legal charges will be 5% of the total rent and vat 7.5%
8. refundable deposit: 10% on annual rent.
9. storage: usage for goods only.
10. lease period: client request, max of three years.
