This is a COTEC 2-in-1 wireless audio transmitter and receiver, a device that adds Bluetooth capability to non-Bluetooth devices.
It can act as a transmitter (TX mode) to send audio wirelessly from a non-Bluetooth source (like a TV or in-flight entertainment system) to Bluetooth headphones, or as a receiver (RX mode) to enable wired speakers to receive audio from a Bluetooth device like a smartphone.
It features both Bluetooth and a 3.5mm AUX port for use with various devices.
The box art and similar product descriptions highlight its utility for in-flight entertainment systems, often including a dual 3.5mm adapter for airplane jacks.
