Manage and grow KashFox’s social media presence and online communities. Plan, create and publish engaging content around our games, tournaments, challenges, rewards, winners and platform updates. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage community participation. Identify relevant trends and turn them into creative content for KashFox. Develop and execute ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement and player sign-ups. Support tournament promotions, community activities and marketing campaigns. Monitor content performance and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to grow the KashFox brand and community.

We are looking for someone creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You should understand social media management, content creation, digital trends and online community engagement. Strong written communication skills and the ability to create interesting and relatable content are important. You should be organised, consistent and able to work independently without constant supervision. Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage. An interest in gaming, entertainment, technology or digital products will also be beneficial.

A minimum of SSCE, OND, HND or equivalent qualification is acceptable. A university degree is not compulsory for this position. We are more interested in creativity, communication skills, initiative and your ability to understand and engage an online audience. Previous experience managing social media pages, creating content, building online communities or promoting a brand is an advantage, including freelance or personal projects. Applicants should be comfortable working remotely, meeting expectations and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
