Business Operations Assistant

• Upload and update products on our online stores. • Assist with managing inventory and stock records. • Process and monitor customer orders. • Respond to customer enquiries across various channels. • Assist with creating and posting social media content. • Coordinate with delivery partners and track orders. • Maintain accurate business records and simple Excel reports. • Support the day-to-day operations of the business. • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.

• SSCE • Experience in e-commerce, business operations, digital marketing or customer service • Experience managing products on e-commerce platforms such as Jumia, Konga, or ECommerce is an added advantage. • Good understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Business. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn. • Basic graphic design skills (Canva) are an advantage. • Basic knowledge of product photography or content creation is an advantage. • Experience with inventory management is an added advantage. • Sales or business development experience is a plus. • Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos (preferred).
