Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language and communication difficulties Develop and implement individualised therapy plans Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the support team to support each child's progress Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports Attend team and IEP meetings

Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Education, Special Needs or related field Certification or training in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) is an added advantage Experience working with children with special needs preferred Patience, empathy, and a passion for child development
