The working principle of this laser coding machine is to collect laser light with a very high energy density on the surface of the object to be marked. This machine is used in production to mark fates on bottles,Cans,Cartons etc. it can also be used by food, medicine industry. This Laser batch coding printer is highly integrated, compact,easy to operate and cheap to use and maintain. Once the desired codes are imputed into the machine, the control unit processes the information and sends commands to the marking mechanism. The marking mechanism depends on the type applies the code onto the surface. It has engraving speed of 7000mm/s. It has both Dot matrix and Vector machine as marking type... It uses air cooling system as operating system cooling. It has focal length of 138mm as a focus lens, with power consumption rate of 300watts(220v).
