This machine ia an,automatic induction foil sealing machine that helps in sealing containers using foil to protect the contents of a container. It is mainly used by pharmaceutical companies,cosmetics producers and beverage producers. It is used by the packaging industry to provide an air tight seal to products such as.food, medicine and other consumer products. This machine works by producing an electron magnetic current in a sealing Head. The current then heats the aluminum foil on the seal, which melts the plastic layer on the container,the heat from the melted plastic bonds the Foil to the container, creating a hermetic seal. The essence of sealing is to prevent leakage of fluid from the equipment.the capacity of sealing 1000 bottles per hour. It has sealing sizes of 15 to 60mm and 60 to 130mm. It has power consumption rate of 2200w.
