MOLYKOTE P-37 Antiseize Paste is a high-purity, mineral-oil-based solid lubricant paste designed for bolted joints exposed to extreme heat, pressure, and corrosion. It provides excellent anti-seize protection up to 1,400 °C and is free from lead, nickel, sulfur, chlorine, and fluorine. Key Characteristics Base formulation: Mineral oil with solid lubricants such as graphite and zirconium dioxide. Purity: Very low sulfur content (<250 ppm) and halogen content, making it suitable for sensitive high-temperature alloys. Temperature resistance: Effective up to 1,400 °C. Appearance: Dark gray paste. Applications Bolted joints in extreme conditions: Ideal for screws, nuts, and bolts made of heat-resistant steels or nickel-based alloys. Power generation equipment: Widely used in gas and steam turbines in power plants.
