What is it used for?
A Dial Indicator Set is a precision measuring tool used by mechanics, machinists, and engineers.
Main Uses:
1. Engine Work - Check crankshaft end play, camshaft runout, valve lift, flywheel runout
2. Wheel & Brake Work - Measure brake rotor warping, wheel hub runout, axle runout
3. Machine Alignment - Check shaft alignment, belt pulley alignment, spindle runout on lathes/milling machines
4. Quality Control - Measure tiny movements, gaps, and "wobble" down to 0.01mm. Shows if a part is bent or out of spec
