This is a Victor 1-101 Acetylene Cutting Tip / Nozzle for oxy-acetylene cutting torches.

Cutting through carbon steel / mild steel plate using an oxy-fuel flame. The tip mixes acetylene + oxygen to make a preheat flame, then blasts pure oxygen to burn through the metal.
