Dispatch Rider

Picking up and delivering packages to customers and vendors. Reporting to the TownRun office every morning to receive delivery assignments. Following dispatch instructions from the Operations Assistant. Handling customer packages carefully and ensuring safe delivery. Providing timely updates on pickups and completed deliveries. Collecting customer payments when authorized and remitting promptly. Maintaining the company's motorcycle and reporting faults immediately. Keeping accurate records of deliveries and payments. Providing excellent customer service. Following company rules and operational procedures.

Previous motorcycle riding or dispatch experience. Good knowledge of Osogbo and surrounding areas. Valid motorcycle rider's licence. Good communication and customer service skills. Honest, reliable, disciplined and punctual. Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Willingness to report to the office daily. Must be available Monday to Saturday. Must be responsible for the proper care of company property.
