Dr. Fixit 105 is an integral, cement-based powder waterproofing compound. Unlike surface coatings, this is a mix-in additive designed to be incorporated directly into cement during the preparation of mortar or concrete. It works by filling the microscopic pores within the cement matrix, creating a dense, water-repellent structure from the inside out.
