Staff Driver (Suzuki Every Minibus)

Department: Plastic Bank Operations To drive the company's Suzuki Every minibus for Staff official duties , supplier visits, plastic waste collection, community outreach, and transportation of collected recyclable materials to designated collection or processing points.

Drive the Suzuki Every minibus safely and responsibly on assigned routes. Support marketers and sourcing staff during supplier visits and community registration activities. Pick and Drop workers, Staff and associates to an assigned routes. Collect plastic bottles and other approved recyclable plastics from households, schools, shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, churches, offices, and registered collection points. Assist with loading and unloading collected plastic materials. Follow the daily collection schedule and ensure timely delivery of materials. Keep accurate records of collections, trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and delivery quantities. Inspect the vehicle daily and report faults, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately. Keep the vehicle clean and ensure that it is parked securely after work. Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and workplace safety rules. Treat customers, suppliers, school staff, and community members respectfully.

Valid Nigerian driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle. Previous driving experience; Suzuki Every or similar minibus experience is an advantage. Good knowledge of Benin City and surrounding communities. Honest, punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious. Physically capable of assisting with loading and unloading recyclable materials. Basic record-keeping and communication skills. Willingness to work with marketing, sourcing, and collection teams.
