To divide dough into 36 equal pieces, you need to consider the total weight of your dough and then divide it accordingly.
1. Weight-Based Division
Total Dough Weight ÷ 36 = Weight per Piece
Example:
If your dough weighs 1800g, each piece should be 50g (1800 ÷ 36).
If it weighs 900g, each piece should be 25g (900 ÷ 36).
2. Shape-Based Division
Depending on the shape you want (square, round, or strip), here’s how you can divide the dough:
Square/Rectangular Dough Sheet
Roll the dough into a rectangle and divide it into a 6x6 grid (6 rows × 6 columns = 36 pieces).
Example: If the rolled dough is 12" x 12", each piece will be 2" x 2".
Round Dough (Like Pizza Dough or Bread Rolls)
Divide the dough into half, then into thirds, and keep dividing each portion until you have 36 equal parts.
