Biocidal Wash is a specialized surface-treatment solution used to clean and treat walls affected by mould, algae, mildew, fungi, and other biological growth before painting or finishing. It helps eliminate biological contamination, improve surface hygiene, and prepare the substrate for subsequent priming, painting, waterproofing, or decorative finishes. Typical application: Remove loose dirt and affected material. Apply the biocidal wash to the contaminated surface. Allow the recommended contact time. Scrub or rinse as specified by the product manufacturer. Allow the surface to dry completely. Address the moisture source before repainting. Important: A biocidal wash treats biological growth, but it does not by itself solve the underlying dampness or water-ingress problem.
