It make use of Lighter Fluid or Fuel IMCO 6700 Old Kerosene LighterIMCO Triplex Super 6700 Lighter, Windproof, WW2 Trench Lighter, Austria, Unused Excellent Working Condition. This handsome lighter was made by IMCO of Austria. Originally designed and manufactured for use by field forces in Europe during WW2, its symplicity of design allowed it to perform many functions other than lighting cigarettes, cigars and pipes. The windstop is adjustable up and down. This particular lighter is in unused excellent condition. There are no nicks, dents, dings, rust or corrosion anywhere. The packing material and wick are white; and the underside of the snuffer cap is clean and shiny indicating no use. Functionally, this piece works flawlessly. It has a new flint; all that is required is lighter fluid. The bottom of the lighter is hallmarked: "IMCO TRIPLEX SUPER 6700 VIENNA, AUSTRIA" and "TM. REG" indicating a manufacture date post 1918.
