11kV Original Stay Rod is a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel rod used in overhead power distribution lines to provide mechanical support and stability to utility poles carrying 11kV conductors. It is installed in the ground with an anchor plate, nuts, and washers, and connected to the pole through a stay (guy) wire.
The main function of the stay rod is to counterbalance the tension and pulling force of conductors, especially at angle poles, terminal poles, and transformer poles, preventing the pole from leaning or collapsing. Its galvanized coating protects it from corrosion and harsh weather, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance in outdoor electrical installations.
