These are *plastic tile leveling wedges*, used along with tile leveling clips (like the ones in your previous image). They are:
- Made from reinforced PVC
- Durable, compressive & wear-resistant
- Reusable for multiple tile projects
*Usage*: The wedge is inserted into the slot of the tile leveling clip to apply pressure and align the tiles evenly. After the adhesive sets, the clip is broken off, and the wedge can be reused.
