The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, preparing lesson notes and instructional materials, assessing and monitoring pupils' academic progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment. The teacher is expected to promote good moral values, communicate professionally with parents and colleagues, participate in school activities, attend meetings and training sessions, keep accurate academic records, and perform other duties assigned by the school management. The ideal candidate should be punctual, committed, passionate about teaching, and dedicated to upholding the values of Topmost Scholar Schools—Godliness and Excellence.

Applicants must possess a minimum of an NCE in Education or a related field (a B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or equivalent qualification is an added advantage) with relevant teaching experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and classroom management skills, a sound knowledge of the curriculum, strong lesson planning and assessment abilities, and basic computer literacy. Candidates must be passionate about teaching, patient, creative, and able to inspire young learners while working effectively as part of a team. A high level of integrity, professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to the values of Godliness and Excellence are essential.
