Bake fresh loaves of bread daily to meet customer demand.
Design and decorate custom cakes using fondant, buttercream, and royal icing.
Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor baking ingredient stock levels and request refills before they run out.
Ensure all baking equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained daily.
Package finished cakes securely to prevent damage before customer pickup.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording daily sales and tracking ingredient expenses.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Baker and Cake Decorator to manage the daily baking operations at our shop in Gbagada, Lagos. The ideal candidate must be highly versatile, capable of baking fresh bread and pastries daily, while also possessing excellent creative skills for decorating custom celebration cakes. You will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene and handling basic daily shop records. This is a full-time, on-site role with a stable monthly salary. All baking ingredients, tools, and high-quality equipment will be provided at the shop.
