As a Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Supervisor, I oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth workflow, quality service, and customer satisfaction. I coordinate staff activities, manage customer orders, inspect garments before and after cleaning, and make sure every item meets our quality standards. I handle customer concerns professionally, supervise tagging, washing, ironing, and packaging processes, and ensure all machines and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly. I also monitor inventory, update records, manage cash handling, and ensure the shop stays clean, organized, and safe. I lead by example—promoting teamwork, discipline, and excellent customer service while making sure every customer receives their clothes on time and in perfect condition.
