Carry case files and documents to and from court. Photocopy, print, scan, and organize legal documents. Run official errands and deliver documents when required. Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office. Perform other duties assigned by the firm from time to time.

Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Basic reading and writing skills. Ability to organize and handle files and documents properly. Good time management and punctuality. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum qualification minimum of senior secondary school certificate (ssce) – waec, neco, or gce. Must be able to read and write in english. Must reside within ikorodu or its environs, preferably around itaelewa. Previous experience in an office or law firm is an added advantage but not compulsory.
