Operations Manager

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of WoduCraft. * Coordinate production schedules and workflow. * Monitor inventory, materials, and procurement activities. * Develop and implement operational systems and procedures. * Supervise team members and assign tasks. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party partners. * Monitor product quality and maintain operational standards. * Prepare operational reports and performance updates. * Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Experience in inventory management and procurement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management tools. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in furniture manufacturing, production, or a creative industry is an added advantage.
