How do i know if my system supports audio or a microphone?
On the back of your dvr or nvr you will see an input which shows ‘audio in‘ and it will be a phono input, usually either white or red in colour. If you have this port on the back, then you can add a surveillance microphone to your system. You may have more than 1 audio in port, which means you can add multiple microphones.
