Description:
Earth welding material is typically a fine metallic powder composed mainly of aluminum and copper oxide. When ignited using a spark or ignition powder, it produces an intense exothermic reaction (extremely high heat — around 1400°C to 1600°C). This heat melts the metals and permanently fuses the conductors, such as copper tape, cable, or rod, forming a solid, corrosion-resistant joint.
