The URIT-5160 is a fully automated, compact 5-part differential hematology analyzer designed for clinical laboratories to perform complete blood count (CBC) and advanced cellular analysis. Key Technical Specifications Analysis Method: Flow cytometry with semiconductor laser multi-angle scatter separation (MASS) for 5-part WBC differential, electrical impedance for RBC/PLT, and cyanide-free colorimetry for hemoglobin (HGB). Throughput: Up to 60 samples per hour. Sample Volume: 20 μL for both whole blood and pre-diluted sample modes. Measured Parameters: 34 total parameters (including 28 reportable parameters such as WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, reticulocyte parameters like RET\%, RET\#, and IRF, plus 6 research parameters).
