Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products and services. Provide customers with information about loan options, interest rates, eligibility requirements, and repayment terms. Assist customers with loan applications and guide them through the application process. Verify customer information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers regarding loan application status, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, sales, collections, or financial services is preferred. Basic understanding of loan products, lending procedures, and financial services. Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays if required. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
