Native iOS, Native Android Developer, Flutter or KPM Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Native iOS, Native Android, Flutter, or KPM. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Implement new app features and optimize existing functionality for maximum performance, usability, and reliability. • Write clean, testable, and efficient code while adhering to modern security standards. • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and internal backend services. • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and actively participate in code reviews. • Contribute to technical documentation, support release cycles, and ensure smooth delivery of user-focused mobile products.

• Strong proficiency in building mobile applications (Swift/SwiftUI for iOS, Kotlin/Jetpack Compose for Android, Flutter, or KPM). • Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, app lifecycles, and mobile UI/UX best practices. • Strong foundation in software development principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices. • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and version control systems (Git). • Familiarity with App Store/Play Store submission processes, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven practical experience designing, coding, testing, and deploying mobile applications (live apps or a strong portfolio is required). • Prior experience or strong knowledge in the banking or fintech sector is a massive advantage. • Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced start-up environment without micromanagement. • Must have a reliable internet setup for remote work and the ability to commute for occasional physical meetings. • Must be able to pass a deep, hands-on development assessment.
