Teaching the kids to understand. I believe a teacher’s responsibility goes far beyond delivering lessons. A teacher should model good character through punctuality, fairness, patience, and professionalism, knowing that students learn as much from behavior as from books. I also value a teacher who is adaptable, open to feedback, and willing to keep learning as educational methods evolve.
