Class Teacher Needed Around Orogun Area

1. Teaching & Learning* - Plan lessons (English, Maths, Basic Science, etc.) based on curriculum - Explain in simple way children can understand - Use play, stories, charts, activities — not just talking - Give classwork, homework, mark and correct properly *2. Child Development* - Help them learn to read, write, count, think, and behave well - Teach morals, hygiene, discipline, respect - Notice if a child is slow, not seeing well, not hearing, or being abused at home *3. Classroom Management* - Keep class safe, clean, and orderly - Manage 25-50 pupils with different abilities - Set rules, settle fights, encourage good behavior without harsh beating *4. Assessment & Records* - Test, examine, record scores in register / diary - Write report cards and note each child's progress - Keep attendance, lesson notes, scheme of work up to date *5. Parent & School* - Communicate with parents about child's progress

Academic Qualification* - Minimum: *NCE (National Certificate in Education) - O'Level: 5 credits including English and Maths Skills They Check* - Can read, write, and speak good English - Can prepare lesson note, lesson plan, scheme of work - Classroom control — can manage 30-40 kids - Patience, neatness, good character Personal Qualities* - Love for children - Patient, not easily angry - Punctual, honest, well-dressed
