Early Years Teacher

Key Responsibilities * Teach age-appropriate literacy, numeracy and early-learning activities. * Deliver effective phonics instruction and support early reading development. Provide a warm, safe and nurturing environment. * Support children's early communication, language and social development. * Organise age-appropriate play and learning activities. * Assist with daily routines and transitions. * Encourage independence and positive behaviour. * Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment. * Observe children's development and communicate relevant concerns to school leadership. * Work cooperatively with other members of staff.

Requirements * Experience working with very young children is an advantage. * Must be patient, caring and attentive. * Good communication skills. * Must be energetic, responsible and willing to learn. Good spoken and written English. * Patient and nurturing approach to young children. Entry-level and early-career teachers are encouraged to apply

Minimum of S.S.C.E./WAEC/NECO Knowledge of phonics is important
