Welcome and attend to customers and visitors professionally. Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and politely. Provide accurate information about the company's products and services. Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Receive, record, and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department. Keep accurate records of visitors, calls, and customer information. Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Assist with customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up. Process invoices, receipts, and simple office documentation when required. Support sales and marketing activities by engaging with walk-in customers.
