I’m an ICT professional who specializes in keeping computers alive and people productive. For the last 6+ years I’ve been the person schools and small businesses call when systems crash, run slow, or won’t turn on at all. I handle everything from board-level troubleshooting and OS installations to network setup and virus removal. I’ve managed computer labs with 40+ systems, kept them running through NECO and WAEC seasons with zero downtime, and trained non-technical staff to handle basic issues themselves. What sets me apart is that I don’t just fix the fault — I find out why it happened and put systems in place so it doesn’t happen again. I document my work, I explain things without jargon, and I treat every machine like someone’s work depends on it, because it usually does.
