A *vulcanizer air compressor* is the machine you see at every vulcanizer shop that fills car tires with air.
*What it is*
It’s a machine that *sucks in normal air, squeezes it tight (compresses), and stores it in a big tank under pressure*, so it can blast air out fast to fill tires, spray paint, or power tools.
*Parts of a typical vulcanizer compressor*
1. *Motor / Engine*: Electric motor (for NEPA/fuel generator) or petrol engine (for roadside use)
2. *Pump Head*: Compresses the air
3. *Air Tank*: Round long tank that holds compressed air. Sizes like 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L
4. *Pressure Gauge*: Shows how much air pressure inside. Vulcanizers use PSI
5. *Hose + Tire Chuck*: The rubber hose and nozzle that goes onto your tire valve
6. *Drain Valve*: To release water from tank
