Merchandiser

Shelf Merchandising & Display Maintenance - Visit partner supermarket branches and retail stockists regularly to maintain clean, fully stocked, organised display stands. - Ensure products follow strict stock rotation (First-In, First-Out / FIFO) and price tags are accurately displayed. - Audit shelf presence, take clear visual photos, and report stock movement, out-of-stock items, or damaged packages immediately. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: - Transport and hand over finished DynaBite product stock to store buyers and shelf managers on assigned routes. - Issue official Goods Dispatch Notes / Delivery Waybills upon store intake and ensure receiving stamps/signatures are obtained. - Process product returns (damaged or near-expiry items) according to company return policies with proper documentation. Payment Collection & Account Follow-Up

Location: Must reside within Alimosho or maintain an easy commute to the operational base. Core Skills: - High integrity, honesty, and punctuality. - Strong communication skills and a polite, persuasive approach with store managers. - Neat record-keeping for waybills, stock levels, and payment receipts. - Basic smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp updates, clear photo reports, simple notes).

Education: SSCE/OND/NCE OR relevant field experience in supermarket merchandising, retail sales, or route delivery. Strong work ethic, integrity, and sales drive matter most. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail store sales, field merchandising, or customer-facing operations. Experience in FMCG or bakery distribution is a plus.
