Admin/Graphic Officer

General office adminstrative functions. -inputting data into the computer system - regular update of transaction - manage company fleet of vehicles - monitor vehicle papers, insurance, vehicle licence, hackney permit - updating counting sheet - maintain cleaningness of the office. - handle vehicle bookinga with customers - handle graphics work - etc - handle the imprest/float - any other assigned related duties - report directly to the md/ceo
