Operate computer systems and relevant software applications efficiently to support daily center activities. Train new staff on computer operations, software usage, and standard workplace procedures. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide timely assistance when computer-related problems arise. Handle printing, document processing, and other computer center services accurately. Assist customers with computer-related requests while providing clear and professional service. Maintain proper records and documentation while ensuring equipment remains functional and work areas stay organized. Support the smooth running of the computer business center, training center, and print house throughout daily operations.

ssess at least an SSCE, Diploma, or OND qualification. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in computer operations, software applications, and training new operators. Demonstrate excellent proficiency in computer systems and commonly used software applications. Have previous experience providing computer training to new operators. Communicate effectively and speak, read, and write fluent English. Be professional, reliable, customer-focused, and able to interact well with clients. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates residing in Sangotedo or surrounding areas will be given preference and must be available to resume on 1st September 2026.

Minimum of SSCE, Diploma, or OND. At least 3 years' relevant experience in computer operations and training. Proven practical knowledge of computer systems and software applications. Previous experience in computer training.
