Fevicol pur (1k) moisture curing, single – component polyurethane adhesive. fevicol 1k pur has excellent boiling water resistance and confirms to en 204/d4 and jas (bwsd) standards. it also confirms to high heat resistance as per watt91. properties of the adhesive  appearance: clear light brown liquid.  viscosity @ 30 deg. c: 40 – 80 ps.  open time: 10 to 15 minutes @ 30 deg. c. higher temperature and higher percentage of moisture would reduce the open time.  handling time: 2 – 3 hours.  final bond strength: 24 hours.  coating weight: 100 – 200 g/sq. m  application temperature : between 15 to45 degree c. fields of application  edge to edge joints,  finger joint applications  different joint applications like tenon and morist joints, tongue and grove joints.  typical applications are in making frames of window, door, and wooden staircases where it gives an exceptionally high mechanical strength.  bonding of mdf board joints other areas of applications
