Versatile for application in waterproofing of sunken portions of toilets and bathrooms, chhajas, balcony & staircases. Good as an additive for economical waterproofing of roofs and terraces with a protective screen over it. Also used as repair mortar for concrete and masonry repairs like spalled concrete of floors, columns, beams, slabs, parapats etc.
